Badges
We sell badges in two different sizes, 25 and 45 mm (1 and 1 3/4"). They are made from stainless steel and have a protective plastic mylar that covers the picture. They should withstand normal use, but excessive amounts of water may damage them. That said, some of our customers have reported that they have washed them with their clothes without damage to the badge. However, we do not recomend this sort of behaviour since the machine may be damaged. They are printed with 300dpi on high-quality matte photo paper using high-end inkjet printers.
Dog tags
The dog tags comes in one size, 29x51mm ("). They are made of aluminum and have a thin white layer of polyester on the print side. Therefore you can print text, symbols and images in full color. They are surprisingly durable and can be carried without problems in any weather. The polyester coating can withstand almost as much as the metal itself, and is actually harder to scratch.
Pricing
The shipping price is the same no matter how many button badges or unique designs you have in your order. The price is given in either US-dollars or Euro (and in some other european countries the local currency).
What we Print
We print custom prints designed by our users. We belive that freedom of speech and freedom of expressing your thoughts are important but we still have to follow the law. As these laws may differ from country to country and we are located in sweden we choose to follow the laws and regulations here. There are only a few things that might be prohibited, almost any political, religious, drugrelated or generally offensive statement may be printed. However some of the symbols used by Nazis during world war 2 have resulted in jailtime for the person using it (the symbols are Swastika and Totenkopf). Unless you have a legit reason for wanting to print these we may reject them depending on in what context they are used. Apart from that, anything goes. If you are unsure if someting is prohibited please ask our support team. If your badges for some reason is rejected we will contact you and discuss a solution.
Warranty
The general rule is that if the button badges are defective on arrival we will, of course, replace it for you. In any other case, we make a judgement call. But don't worry, we are quite generous. If you are IN ANY WAY dissatisfied with your button badges, contact our support and we will try to make you happy.
Where and how do we ship
We currently ship from Sweden to (almost) every country in the world. Shipping rates and time will depend on postal services but we will send your order the next working day. We do produce orders during weekends - those are send out on mondays.
